The scientific point of view about this is, there are many people always trying to predict the future. and they make hundreds of thousands of predictions. Lets say we are making a prediction about 2030 and what is the possibility of it become true ? 1 / 100.000 ? So if there are 100K predictions there will be 1 that will become true. and we are looking at that 1 prediction on that book i think :)
