What do you use for a bookmark?

I use whatever I have lying around. I found this card in another book, so it's now my bookmark. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a green felt bookmark with a red string attached, made by one of my children for Father's Day at least 30 years ago. it says "Dad" in gold glitter.

I used to have a bookmark with my name on it, I lost it and the book it was in during a move. After that usually whatever paper was lying around at the time.

@Harmonium1923 It's from an encyclopaedia of science and tech. I try to read a few pages a day and learn something new. The sciences I know about are fine, but then there'll be an entry about sanitary engineering (?), the next one's about radiology, and then one about veterinary science. Still, at least I learned what a "cat cracker" is, in the field of mineral extraction.
