What book have you been wanting to read?

ShaythePanTransMan · 22-25, T
“Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?” by (I think) Philip K. Dick. But I’m lazy and don’t read lol
helenS · 36-40, F
@ShaythePanTransMan Yes, by P.K. Dick. I think this is one of the few examples of a movie being better than the book it's based on.

@ShaythePanTransMan Have you tried audiobooks?
ShaythePanTransMan · 22-25, T
@helenS Really? Blade Runner was kinda boring as shit though.
@JupiterDreams Actually, yes. I sit through creepypasta/horror story audiobooks/readings, but I can’t pay attention to any that are longer than 30 minutes. Also, I have to pay 110% attention to every word or I immediately get confused on what’s happening. Audiobooks are only good for me if short.

"Homeland" and "American Dreams" both by John Jakes (that is, if I can find a bookstore selling them)> It's a two-volume set of stories subtitled "The Crown Family Saga" about a family in turn-of-the-century Chicago, much like the Kent Family Chronicles. Hardcover or paperback doesn't matter.

The Lunatic. Someone on this site was talking about it and it seemed pretty interesting.
