Did you ever read a book more than two times?

And I do not mean a children's book, but a proper novel. Which one was it, and do you intend to read it again?

[c=#7700B2]yep it is called Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman. Yeah I will most likely read it again[/c]
PlumBerries · 31-35, F
[c=#7700B2]it is and the whole story is amazing. same as the other ones[/c]

@PlumBerries great, this is very unexpected, I did not think I would get such a suggestion in this question. I was expecting more classical novels, so this one surprised me the most.

[c=#7700B2]glad to differ from what you were expecting and even more glad you are checking it out. I highly recommend it[/c]

Many. The ones I've read most often would be Shogun, Lord of the Rings, the Campaigns of Napoleon (Chandler), Lord of Light, Nine Princes in Amber, and Il Principe (in translation). Of those, Shogun & Lord of Light I'll certainly read again.

@firefall Shogun is a great book, definitely, unfortunately haven't read the others
firefall · 61-69, M
@sumojumo Lord of Light I'd strongly urge on you, the others are more a specialised interest :)

@firefall tnx, I will give it a try

Absolutely..love getting sucked back into the world of some of my favorite series like Dark Tower, LOTR, Harry Potter, ASOIAF. It's almost a regular thing for me to read these over again every few years and I'm sure I will many times to come.
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@SW-User I was surprised with Harry Potter, my kid has started reading it, and now i am reading it as well. It is quite a nice read.

Wraithorn · 51-55, M
Yes. It was a book about a theory in connection with quantum evolution. I had to read it twice because the first reading was a bit of a steep learning curve.
Wraithorn · 51-55, M
@sumojumo Yes, that's right. It was just one man's theory.
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Wraithorn Thanks for the explanation
Wraithorn · 51-55, M
@sumojumo No worries. Thanks for replying to my answer.

When I was younger I would read the maximum ride and Artemis fowl book series over and over again. Nowadays I barely have the time to read a book once through
