How many accounts is a poster allowed to have to post the same lame fake stories over and over on this site?

Sometimes he is a young man, other times a girl in her 20,s, today he is a shy girl in her 30,s, the creepiest of all is when he /she impersonates underage kids.

Same M.O in all accounts.
Blocks when he gets called out for his BS and opens a new account to start all over again.

I've heard that members are allowed three accounts per IP address. But if you can create an unlimited number of IP addresses (by getting lots of VPNs), there's no limit. Perhaps they can prevent certain problem users from creating any new accounts with their email address. Some, who are very determined to continue to cause trouble here, might just create new email accounts (and new VPNs) so they can keep coming back, but it might deter some.

@TeresaRudolph71 Not 3 accounts per IP address. 3 accounts per person. And many times we catch multiple accounts by the same person in many different IPs, and we suspend most of those accounts and warn the original account.
