actually a *minority* of people who are truly not greatly perverted in anonymous conditions? It might be everyday life and non-anonymous internet sights that give you the idea that people are on the whole not perverts... what u think?

I think it all depends upon what you are defining as "perv" talk, and who is drawing the line. It's all highly subjective. Some distinguish between sensuality and romantic intimacy and just flat-out sex dirty talk. While others don't.

What is perversion? Is it merely sexual talk? Why is that perverse? That's how we're all made, after all.

Are there kinks I don't care for that get discussed here? A lot of them. But I'm not going to call them perverse.

I do make exception for harmful things, like talking about kids or rape. Those are perverse. But I think we need to drop all of this shame and stigma about natural sexuality.

Part of the reason it's here so much is because the taboo surrounding it's discussion.

@Benarro normative has no bearing on degeneracy though. I'd argue the literal gay bashing of the 80s and 90s were degenerate but they were also normalized behavior.
