Who is your all time favourite author?

I hate it when people ask me this question.
Just. Can't. Pick. One. Dammit😡
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
Mike Gayle for the guys. Fiona Walker for the girls.
Two modern day authors whose books always have me nodding in agreement or shaking my head in embarrassment !

That's not say there aren't others i read. But whatever novel from either of these two will keep you entertained.

Too many options to choose just one. I think this question needs to be broken down into categories, then I might be able to.
But let's just say John Milton is NOT on the list.

I agree. And anyway, my favourites change. Normally my favourite author is the one who wrote the book I am reading.

Not at the moment, though. It's rubbish!
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
Stanislaw Lem, sci fi polish writer who does satire and the like. Most known for Solaris (also a movie) but his lesser known work is some of the best.

I must have read 70 Edgar Rice Burroughs books. Maybe 10 Clive Cussler.
