Do you have a favorite book you would recommend?

SatanBurger · 36-40, F
That's super hard. I have so many favorites. I would say any book by Stanisław Lem:

https://www.amazon.com/Futurological-Congress-Memoirs-IjonTichy/dp/0156340402
https://www.amazon.com/Fiasco-Stanislaw-Lem/dp/0156306301/

If your looking more for comedy I would also go with Christopher Moore.. he is HILARIOUS:

hi Barelygettingby
Thanks I have just done so. A long time since I read it. A beautiful author. I am now listening to an audio book of Steppenwolf - another Hesse novel.

It's from the point of view of a teenage boy for much of the series and more aimed at such an audience, but The Saga of Darren Shan by Darren Shan is really, really good.
ScrewThisImDone · 26-30, F
The Botticelli Secret, Marina Fiorato. I’ve read it several times and still love it.

The dark tower. - Stephen King (all volumes)
kayoshin · 36-40, M
@Barelygettingby yes it's a nice prologue to another iteration of the adventure. Not necessarily the last one since Roland didn't seem to start with the horn in his possession. They introduced some of the main players and the main worlds. The movie is a fun action flick doesn't attempt to be a huge epic adventure like the books just enough yo meet the gunslinger world and the tower and make you curious about the upcoming series.
Barelygettingby · 56-60, F
Thanks. I'll go see it.
Barelygettingby · 56-60, F
