I Don't Like Talkative Strangers

Maybe it’s just me and my shy, socially awkward self, but I really hate it when random strangers just start chatting me up. I don’t mind if they’re complimenting me or discussing something that we both might share in common (i.e at a sporting event, with our dogs at the park), but just idle chatter out of nowhere, no thanks. I don’t do that, not with complete strangers. I get that maybe they’re just trying to be friendly and shit but I think they should understand that not everybody is comfortable talking to people they don’t know.

I hate when people feel compelled to make small talk.

@Carver Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell.. A bear's got stuff to do ya know, dawwwwwg? ..................... And... Well... By "stuff to do" I mean sit on my ass and play Dark Souls 3 all the time BUT!! That still counts as productive time spending!.................. Nuh, it's not just a videogame I'm wasting my life on. MOM SAID IT'S BETTER THAN TAKING DRUGS!!

@caccoon That happened with me once with some guy trying to chat me up at a bar. [b]Way[/b] too frickin' close for comfort! I straight up told him "Back up a little, will you? You're like completely up in my space!"
