Not all of them, just Nancy. Bonnie never really hurt anyone; she just shed her burn scars and started feeling pretty for once in her life. Rochelle made Laura Lizzie's hair fall out, but she immediately felt awful over that, so much so that even her own reflection in a mirror wouldn't look at her. And someone who feels guilt over doing something is unlikely to repeat the misdeed that led to that guilt. So no more hair-wrecking for Rochelle.
