I just saw “It: Chapter 2.”
It wasn’t as true to the book as the first “It” movie was. They left out the part where Beverly’s abusive husband comes after her to Derry, and later gets in a fight with Bowers. They left out a lot of the stuff about Bowers. IMHO, they overdid the special effects by quite a lot.
That said - the casting was great. The characters’ personalities are true to the book. And Stephen King has a humorous bit part.
