I Hate Wearing Shoes

Always hated shoes I don’t know why but I much prefer my feet to be free and bare whenever possible. I know this isn’t always feasible but I do try.

Even as a kid I was always taking my shoes and socks off at every opportunity. My mum and grandma hated this! They’ve told me stories of when I went as a young boy to get my pair of first real shoes I kicked the shoe shop clerk in the face 😆

As a pe teacher I don’t always have to wear shoes or trainers.

I'm the same. I have it already as kid hated to wear shoes and preferred to being barefoot. As teen I walked more barefoot than with shoes and now I'm a true barefooter.

@ChildOfNature unfortunately I have to wear shoes for work 😒 but I’m often barefoot when I’m not there 🙂

My sister was much the same as a toddler, often without shoes and socks at every opportunity and only wearing shoes when absolutely necessary. She did PE barefoot in school and her girls (my nieces) seem to be happy to behave much the same way.

@GkB01 That’s good

@Ross19 Yes I also was a fan of bare feet when younger, and still now, though I would say my sister more so.

I understand completely. So I'm going to give you a tip. Try vibram 5 fingers. It's like not wearing shoes while also not getting bits of glass or whatever stuck in your foot.

@MrNoBody Thanks for the tip. I’ve never had any foot injuries though whilst I’ve been outside barefoot. In fact I’ve had more inside my home! 😮

@Ross19 ahh, so I see you too have had the joy of lego.
