Did you ultimately make your parents proud of you?

Pfft, no. My dad used to say my guardian angel begged for a new assignment lol.

I think I have so far. I'm doing well in college, I know what I want to do afterward, I have a great relationship with both of them. Don't think they could ask for much more at this point.

I don't think my mother is...or at least she's never said it

Geez, I have no clue. Sometimes I think that they love what I've done with myself, but other times all they can do is nitpick and it feels as though nothing is ever good enough.

Making my mother proud of me is damn near impossible.
I've stopped trying.

i think so. i graduated, have a job, and haven't murdered anyone...what more do they want LOL

Very much so for many years. I think I've let my mom down in the past couple of years though.

If they were alive now i think they would be proud of me. :(

My mom tells me how pure my heart is, so I guess so.

It's pretty hard not to when I know everything they tell me is always true.
