It was simple, actually. I knew the lady, not too well, up till a point where I had to spend two weeks working with her. She became terribly familiar with me; truth is, I should have known better and could have stopped her. It went too far. On that last day she kissed me. I should have stopped her, I didn't, and I considered I had gone too far. She said she had so much to offer, that her marriage was on the rocks and that she could book a hotel any time I wished. I think that's enough to explain, but I should say that I never took her up on the offer and weeks later I quit the job. That was more from feeling the guilt of allowing and taking part in the kiss
