i'm distraught and stressed. how do you know your IP address is being stalked?

Make the assumption that it is.
So many fearmongers out there it wouldn't be surprising.
What do you think is happening ?

@Robin10: yep. made sure it was me by asking what was the last conversation we had and then he blocked me. that doesnt make sense. then last night i was on a sex chat site and i saw a name he might have been using and when i signed on he signed off. 😑
