Baby and I are well, was discharged from triage after all my BP stats read normal, baby is active and likes fighting (pushing back) when the nurses try putting him on the monitors.
All of my labs were normal, no preeclampsia, no cholestasis and my A1C and Thyroid levels were normal

I'm due 9/11. My bp is starting to creep up and my cervix is starting to thin out. Im 27 weeks. I had preeclampsia with my 1st and pregnancy induced hypertension and hellp with my 2nd hoping to make it to full term. Good luck to you

I’m sorry you are experiencing these difficulties
@AlyAngel I have an incompetent cervix and had to had a permanent cerclage placed because of how weak my cervix is

Please ask about options to control your BP and if they offer any intervention to help keep your cervix long and closed

@KaysHealingPath I see MFM every two weeks, I go again next week for another cervix check they said if it shorten at all they would do a cerclage. So far no bp meds. Its just starting to creep I check BP 3x a day. I know it's a matter of time before I'm put on labatoel. I'm already taking a low dose aspirin 2x a day

@AlyAngel you might want to also ask them if they’d consider procardia
Not only does it treat hypertension but it has also been given to treat women for preterm labor

And makena (p17) has been used in women with cervical issues as well.

All my pregnancies send me to MFM right from the beginning. I wish these complications on no one I’ve been there way too many times sending positive energy your way.

(I was 3cm dilated with my second child by the time I made it to 28w then was induced at 35w for preeclampsia) stay on top of the BP checks and stay away from the salty snacks best of luck to you.
