You can only vote on one answer.
You are going through an intersection with a stop light at it. It is yellow when you start through but you are still, at least partly, in the intersection when it turns red. Can you still get a ticket?
Depends.

As long as you are past the "stop line", you are considered in the intersection under the caution.

However, the way it usually works is that if the cop wants to write you a ticket for a "RED LIGHT infraction"....HE/SHE WILL, and there is little you can do about it.

Generally, the only way to win a case such as this is to provide dash cam footage to the court.

If the traffic light is still yellow when you’ve crossed the stop line, you should not get a ticket. If the light is red and and you cross the stop line, you should get a ticket. This is the rule of thumb with intersections in the US that have red light cameras. Also, if a traffic light does not remain yellow for four seconds or more in any intersection that is 45MPH or higher, any ticket can be challenged if you prove in court the light is not properly timed.

No, if you lawfully entered the intersection which in your example you did, then you have the right to clear the intersection. Of course just because you should not get a ticket that does not mean you won't. People do make mistakes, time to go to court.
