You know what isn’t great?

Giving feedback about how to make your job easier to a company whose bottom line is exploiting you for profit. Never has anything felt more pointless than that. Actually, I shouldn’t say a damn thing to them. They’ll just use it to ensure they don’t put us in any disastrous situation that would damage their public image. The more information I give them, the easier time they have manipulating their system until they can legally get away with as much as possible. I can only hurt myself attempting to negotiate with the greed that provides my living. Everything you say can and will be used against you. Do not mistaken this for a relationship that cares about you. You are here to be used only for their benefit within legal restrictions. They would take so much more from you if they could. If you don’t like that, leave. I assure you, they’ll find someone else to take advantage of. This is Amazon. Comparable to corporate giants like Disney. They can afford your loss. You mean nothing. This is why your job is impossibly overloaded, and this is why you get minimum wage for all your effort with no raises, and this is why you suffer here.
