Say honestly do you feel it was bad of me or just funny?

Back in 2016, after my 10th grade final board exams got over, we went to our native Falakata for summer vacations. One evening, me,my parents, uncle, aunt and cousins went to the Jongla Kalibari (Wild Kali Temple) in Falakata as there was gonna be some rituals there. But when I was there, I was feeling really bored. Suddenly I saw a young boy who looked 12 or 13 playing dhaak/dhol (traditional Indian drums) there. Like most people in Falakata, he was short and malnourished which made him look younger. I was 15 and made funny faces at him just for fun because I was feeling bored. Usually I do it to college age guys but there were no such guys there. But that boy was brave enough to trying scare me showing the stick with which he was playing the drum. He then asked 'tu ki pagol naki?' which means 'are you mental or something?' But I laughed it off and made funny faces again. He again tried to scare me off showing the sticks almost trying to beat me and said me in Bengali 'if you do it again I will beat you with this stick.' I decided to leave him alone because if he bychance complained to his parents then my parents would have come to know about it and scold me later. But it was fun hahahah.
