Is it worth living?

How would you live if you don't feel like living anymore? You don't have a problem but you don't want your life and you're unhappy and empty everyday.

I'd say just try to get into something that interests you and try to make your life easy for yourself. Like just spend your spare time playing video games or writing or whatever and don't force yourself to do much more work than you feeling like doing. From there, build some good habits like healthy eating (if you're not already) and enjoying nature. Make some friends who you can be with when you're lonely. Phone a psychiatrist if at all possible and work with them on treating you.

I think the key to that can often times be fairly simple. The fact of the matter is that you have to find meaning and purpose in your life. You can do that by "forgetting self" and dedicating some of your time to say, feeding the hungry. I've done that, and I came away humbled by the fact that, after watching those who came to the distribution center who were so much worse off than I have ever been, I began to examine myself much more deeply and the things that really do matter in life. Some times, we let ourselves get bogged down by the petty things in life when, we really do have so much to be thankful for.

So, seek! Involve yourself in something with meaning. Take a class. Develop a hobby. Travel, write, but give of yourself. It's the most precious thing you can do for someone else.

I’d get help. Life is for living, not wishing you were dead. It’s not healthy for yourself or anybody that has to deal with a person like that.

I continue, I am too much of a coward to end it. so I persevere

That was me from age 9 to 22. Then my Uncle got cancer and since he was the primary care giver to my Grandma who had severe dementia I decided to learn Nursing and help them out. 10 years of looking after them and I don't regret it for an instant.

I exist.
Like coasting on through. Going where the life takes me.
I have gone into the mindset a few times.
It's difficult for me to describe, it's like nothing is an issue or an event, things just happen.

@forty7seventy4 What you said reminded me of something that I heard recently “If you're not worried about dying, you're not really living, you're just existing.”.

Look at the good things in your life and build on that. The little things can bring more happens than a lot of the things people dwell on.

That’s a dark space to be in. Surround myself with people that share peaceful vibes.

I'm there occasionally and can't imagine being like that long term. If you don't want your life the way it is you should either change your lifestyle or thinking patterns. Identify the reason why you feel unhappy and empty. Sometimes it requires radical solution like quitting a job or severing ties with people who drag you down.

I don't know the answer because whenever anyone dies people say, "They're in a better place".

Well maybe I want to be in a better place also because my life here sucks 😂

Just keep swimming 🐠 times might be less than desirable right now. from experience it only gets better ✊
You go on. Maybe it'll get better, maybe it won't. You won't know that otherwise

Everyday I have to find a purpose for being here

you do everything you can to wait it out in hopes of a miracle. I started programming to get my mind focused on other things.
