Why is the art of conversation lost on some people?

When I’m trying to get to know a new guy, it’s always me who ends up asking a lot of questions to get to know them. Yet there’s no back & forth where they ask me questions to get to know me. 🤷🏻‍♀️It’s a turn off, so future conversations rarely occur.

You tell yourself: “Next.”
If they are interested, they would ask the questions to know you better. There is a difference between shy and uninterested.
