Why is the art of conversation lost on some people?

When I’m trying to get to know a new guy, it’s always me who ends up asking a lot of questions to get to know them. Yet there’s no back & forth where they ask me questions to get to know me. 🤷🏻‍♀️It’s a turn off, so future conversations rarely occur.

I have always asked girls / ladies a lot of questions that are very important, like: Do you like to fish? Do you hunt? Like to shoot targets? Does your family have any good hunting land? You like hiking? and more..........😅

@Keepitsimple That is important stuff! I after working with my wife for 13 years I found that she was nearly as good as shot as I was, she loved hunting and fishing, she had 80 acres of land in wonderful CRP with lots of pheasants and her brothers had cropland all around each. She likes to hike out in remote areas of the Badlands with me looking for agates also. We have been married 26 years now.

I’m laughing right now. My mother sent me pics of the badlands on her cross country trip this summer. There’s nothing there though it looked like anyway. What are agates?@acpguy

@Keepitsimple It is beautiful out there if you get off the main highways. Here is are a couple of agates I found on one trip. They bring about $300 per lb. and can range from about an ounce to twenty pounds if you are lucky. Look up Fairburn agates and you can find sites that sell them and be amazed at the prices.

@Keepitsimple On my profile page I have photos I think you can view as I had added you as a "friend" a long time ago but only two I think are of the Badlands near where we hike. I have more I should add but haven't.
