I hate my neighbor, he comes in my yard and does yard work without being ask and then tries to boss me around like he owns me. No wonder his is single

I have a older man neighbor but he is married. He tattle tells on everyone in my townhouse complex. He called the HOA on me because my blinds got messed up when I babysat a dog. He waters my flower pots without me asking which is nice because I travel a lot but he shoots high powered water on them and knocks all of the flowers off.
