Do studying mathematics keep the brain healthy...

Mordi · 31-35, M
Studying pretty much anything helps your brain. 🤔

Yes and it ages slower. It stays sharper and enables you to respond properly. Math is everywhere, everything we see is math, it’s just that not everyone can see it, or is willing to see. People hate math not because of the subject, it’s because of the teachers. There are some terrible teachers who make things worse for you, but in this age of internet, you don’t have to rely on them. You have access to brilliant teachings and lessons from across the world at your fingertips. Math can help in your financial gains once you know how to use it. Once you know its magic and work to tap its potential, there’s nothing that can stop you.
Depends on the flow of study.

Actually, mathematics can be precarious; if one studies mathematics in such a way that one burns out easily, it's damaging...

Yes, but not just mathematics, but any intellectual challenges you enjoy, such as learning another language or a musical instrument.

Use it, or loose it. I know that one all to well. 😒

@DeWayfarer you lost your dick?
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MartinTheFirst That's well used FYI. Yet perhaps you forgot the question was about math. That I do question because I haven't used the full extent of the math I once knew decades ago. I minored in math.

Yeah, but it could cause a headache. Knowledge is power, though.

Yes. Studying anything will help you.

No but you learn math

When the weight of the water displaced is greater than the weight of the boat and the human in it, the boat floats. @sspec
