It's not the time about comparing the performance. The fight is yet not over, it's time we all (whole world) to collaborate as a single force to fight against the deadly virus, to save the lives all around the world.

And after we collectively win over the pandemic, there would be a lesson for whole world that we all as a world is family and has work towards the betterment of this humanity and this single home (called earth) to all of us.

Why can’t we feel concern for the whole world. Yes, you have to focus on the “wolf closer to the sled,” and your own survival, but that doesn’t mean we don’t care for others. I know many lovely people in India, and wish for their safety. You sound bitter.
