The real high (or desired effects by users) is shorter for as far as I know.
But you'll be energised pretty long.

I saw a documentary on thailand once, where meth is called "yopo", and laborers use it to keep awake and work. This guy was painting an appartment block, and he worked for 36 hours straight without ever watching his clock... just because he was energised. 😅
