Most likely they are trying to find an escape. Parenting these days is non existent. Many children are suffering.

She had it.

Even so, if I ever get married again it should be for a reason a bit better than knowing where the RC is.

Yeah but other times you were partying or doing something else you shouldn’t be doing. This is nothing new and was also going on in our parents generation.
