What is your experience as a kid having tons of freckles?

Why do you post mostly about freckles?

I was never bullied. Teased at times, but it wasn’t mean-spirited. Even so, I didn’t like them or my red hair growing up. Now that my hair is less red I miss it and I realize my freckles and light skin gave me reason to not spend too much time working on a tan. So far skin is healthy and cancer free so hoping that is paying off.

I was blessed with clear skin with a curse of dryness. I rarely had pimples but shit goes down in winter when my skin turn red and stinging. My mother used to lather me with coconut oil and I hated it

Never for my freckles like my sister was but for sure for my ginger hair [which strangely she didn't really experience and was more red than me].

Complimented and praised. Can’t remember ever being teased.
