Has any ladies on here had nasty PMs from a male if you won't chat?

@jomsim Another way to look at this is that you really have to develop armor, you cannot be on these sites and be thin skinned. The ugly will come...from faceless strangers for the most part, who mean nothing in your life. I'm not going to give my personal information to a social media site because some people get their feelings hurt.

@Fernie Yeha, that is another way. Although I do worry about people here who are either too young for that, or vulnerable in some other way. I'd be happy to register my data with some kind of third party with the agreement that it only gets accessed if there's an investigation into me.

@jomsim the kids who are "too young" are not my responsibility. The most I will do is warn them of predators if I can. If I had kids I would watch every damn thing they did online and would not allow them to come in here or any site like it.

@Fernie No, I don't think I would, either. Although there are nice people who watch out for them, it doesn't feel like enough.
