@elafina they are really good books on aging telling you what to do to live longer. most books on aging tell you nothing you can do to live longer and end with the useless platitude aging is a state of mind. 馃樅

@elafina I want to slow aging while young so I will live as long and as healty as possible. be like jack la lane pulling boats behind him as he swam a bay when he was 95. 馃樅
