Loneliness.

I have to presume it is the one thing blanked out of my memory by my subconscious mind. It's a period of at least 2 hours where I was fully conscious and vocal according to witnesses. I suspect that the pain was extreme so my subconscious mind did me a "favour" and stashed it away where I can't find it.
