There are app´s to "build" gifs.
Anyhow, to transfer them you need to:
- Copy the .gif file to your device (PC, other) from the source site.
- Upload it to from your PC to the target site using the tools for uploading it that some sites (like SW) provide.

@pride49 If the file saved in the site of origin is an animated .gif and you see it in motion there, but haves no motion once downloaded, the problem is only apparent.
You are opening it (the image) with a program that can´t manage gifs and show them as if were jpg or else.
Get (download, it´s free) a .gif viewer and open the images with it.
