want to know .as I have been told that im from last centuryand before.are skirts and dresses gender neutral

No. Observation suggests that only a tiny minority of women wear skirts and an even smaller minority of men.

Very often when I go walking around town dressed in a skirt I don't see another person of either sex (or any gender) wearing one over a period of several hours.

So my conclusion is that as far as everyday wear is concerned skirts are principally worn by male to female crossdressers.

Unfortunately the sample size is a bit small, just me. To paraphrase Little Britain: I'm the only CD in town. At least it looks that way. The American phrase your mileage may vary comes to mind.

kind of....i guess. we live in a time where its becoming more socially acceptable. but if a man went around in a dress he would at the very least, get stared at. at least here.

lol yeah times are changing. some people would find is acceptable. as long as his dick and ass is covered then its no problem really. as a mom, im a bit bothered by overly sexualized clothing. i dont need my kid seeing that.

@homespun2 I wear skirts in public and apart from a few glances no one seems to care. You can see some of them in my albums.
