I have things I regret, from the past, yeah. I don't dwell on them, but if I remember them, I experience some regret, yeah. But: Life is in the future. The past is dead.
I'm of a mind with Jordan Peterson. I think the only reason our brain's torture us with the past is just because we have refused to learn from our mistakes and plan for the future, if we make those same mistakes or the same thing happens again. I think that once you acknowledge the past mistakes and determine your future path, those regrets stop popping up all the time.
