Deja Vu stuff here

Sometimes while I'm doing something, I feel like its a scene from a movie being replayed. Everything seems so familiar & repetitive. Do you believe in Deja Vu? Is there any explanation for it? Does it mean I'd seen the future at a past time and then it comes to pass and so my memories collide. Am I being warned for something or a message form the universe?
Is there a religious explanation to it?

Just wondering what everyone's opinion is on this or if you want to share an experience.

Déjà vu; is a French term describing the feeling that one has lived through the present situation before. The phrase translates literally as "already seen". Although some interpret déjà vu in a paranormal context, mainstream scientific approaches reject the explanation of déjà vu as "precognition" or "prophecy".
