Why is it that most women even when proved wrong will not admit to being wrong

Is it just me and most of the women I have ever met or is it a pig headed trait built into women that they have always got to be right even when proved wrong .They also seem to enjoy arguing the bloody point even though they know their wrong it does my head in .

I am a woman. As a woman, I find I am rarely wrong. When I am, I can admit it though. Nice to see you posting here. I think many women have to fight to prove themselves in what is considered a man's world still. And that means that being vocal and confident and even bold-head of a pig? Really? You want to go there?-is necessary. I feel you are likely pig-headed too. God, I hate that word. What was the topic, I would like to ask? LOL.

@PoetryNEmotion Its everything most of my female friends and family are like it .It doesn't seem to matter the subject they will argue black is blue till you get so sick of it you walk away it is really annoying .

Is it really important for them to admit being wrong? If they are mature enough to admit they are wrong, great. If not, you're better off not wasting your time with them if it upsets you this much. I'm sure there are plenty of women who feel the same way you do but about men. Really, you're only doing it to yourself by knowing that they are wrong and still doing your best to convince them of it. Just walk away, easy solution.
