I feel like vomiting

Lately i feel like there's a big energy inside me, like a bunch of hair together with grease and i don't know what else, that covers my gut and goes up till my lungs and throat sometimes, like a big thing that i want to vomit it out of me. Some days i take fast deep breaths and i feel as if this is the moment it'll come out but it doesn't. And i'm not a psycho, i can just tell, i'm actually a quite normal human/woman. So don't take this very metaphysically. It has to do with my spirit yes, but also with all of me, body, heart, mind and else. I would like to have a huge vomit and take out all of the negativity i've accumulated for years and years and years. What to do?
