Do you feel comfortable complimenting a girl while she is working?

Whenever I’m in work and a man compliments me(it’s not 24/7 I don’t love myself) I can’t help but feel a bit uncomfortable about it... it’s my professional environment and to be called “a good looking girl” to my face just takes me back a bit.
I dunno, can anyone relate with this so I don’t feel weird for receiving compliments lol
