If I said I saw a [c=#BF0080][b]heart[/b][/c] shaped cloud in the sky. I was so so happy cause I knew it was God saying He loves me.

I would believe it. Sometimes it can seem the sun rose in a particular way just because you would be there to see it for example.

I don't believe in God, but I once saw the word GOD clearly written in the sky. You would have loved that.

Even more interesting, I saw a cloud that stood perfectly still for at least twenty minutes. It was flashing every few seconds the whole time.

Firstly, Clouds are shapeless and hence we can imagine it to form different shapes.. Castles, ships and what not. Secondly, the shape of heart is not this emoji ♥️. This is only a more popular and romantic symbol associated with heart.
