Has anyone seen Gundam SEED?

I haven't watched much Gundam, but SEED holds a really special place in my heart. A story that shows the viewer that on both sides of every issue, there are real people with real emotions. A story that urges people to step back and figure out what they really want, what they should really be fighting for. Some episodes don't look very good, some characters may exist just to piss me off, but the messaging just hits home so well with me. If you haven't heard of it, give it a look. It takes a WHILE for it to get good and pay off, but the payoff is worth the wait.

No, but some of friends think I'm extremely weird for liking CGI remakes of the "good olde versions of anime classics"...

EDIT: For example, Apple Seed. Really loved the new CGI version.

@TryhardDreamer I'm not certain, since I don't really know your likes, since I believe this is the first time we have been in contact with each other. I'd rather add you and if there are some common interests, I could always PM you. I post quite a lot of stuff around here and perhaps I might have been stepping over certain boundaries, when it comes to saying how great/terrible Finland is. The middle ground seems to be missing lots of times, for some reason.
