Do you think that you need to be more expressive in real life ?

That could be a part of it, but I think a lot of it is my job and family too.

I communicate well where communication is necessary and/or welcome. I could be more demonstrative, so I fall back on communicating this to those who may need affection from me in case I forget. I’m here to just be myself so I stay in touch with who I am and what I enjoy and all those rough edges that need work.

You are right, I am not social and an introvert.
