How do I stop dreaming that the alarm is going off?!

uncalled4 · 56-60, M Best Comment
I have a recurring dream that someone is ringing my doorbell. It's messed up. The sound in my dream is not the same as my real doorbell

@wasityou Sounds anxiety based

@uncalled4 possibly, nothing serious though.

Thank you for BA.

Listen to the alarm a couple times before you go to sleep for 3-4 nights, that common audio cue that wakes you during the lucid morning dream state will disassociate itself from any part of your sleep cycle.

@OldSoul11 If the problem persists, I'll try this. Thank you.

@OldSoul11 Sounds like a kind of exposure therapy.

I have that dream a lot. Also a dream where someone knocks on the bedroom door. Either way, I wake up for real.

Let me kiss you?
Poppapepe · 51-55, MVIP
At least that took your mind off the alarm momentarily ☺️

@Poppapepe ah, it has only been in my recent dreams... I'll let you know if your offer haunts my future ones.

It will @wasityou, I know me,if a woman dreams about me,it probably isn't pleasant
Make it a vivid dream, and see yourself turning off the alarm in your dream.
