So we had a hostage situation at my work place yesterday

Cops are saying it was not a hostage situation, but he did threaten to shoot staff and later let them go, then threatened to shoot himself.

@Teggy Actually yeah I do... and its crazy stupid lol.

This guy's ex girlfriend got a job with us and he decided to take it upon himself to demand that our company not employ her.

He apparently pretended to be a cop warning HR not to employ this girl and when he was asked to produce a badge, he lost it and pulled a gun, threatening HR staff.

He eventually let them go, but locked himself up, threatening to shoot himself.
