Person has the right, and shod have the right. To own whatever they want and can acquire. Our resources are not owned by the whole planet. The oil in Canada belongs to the Canadians. The gold in Alaska doesn't belong to anyone in Germany. The Paladium in China doesn't belong to Odanawan in Africa.

@Earthwrap California is not cheap. Have relatives who live there. Cheaper in the midwest, flyover territory.
