I’m telling you, he weighs a lot less than you. For reals. He eats like a bird. For him to go to a buffet would be a waste of money because he can’t consume that much. He’s also just naturally really lean, but he’s strong.

Thin people with long limbs can generate heavy impact force with the right form. If he's as skinny as you say he is, then I get what ya mean, but strong is like >_>
Lifting heavy objects and each muscle being capable of lifting something heavy individually
