I’m starting to think I have Audio Processing Disorder

When someone gives me an order to do that consist of multiple steps I forget practically half of what is said to be done. I think what works for me is if I was shown how to something step by step or just write each step down in order to process it all down. Does anyone have issues following orders verbally especially if someone talks fast?

Sounds normal honestly. Maybe adhd-ish a bit perhaps, but I think just normal.

@SW-User It’s weird because usually when someone talk to me I can remember what they tell me but if I was given orders I forget then I would ask the person to repeat it or I try to write it.
