Do you heal people?

Sometimes with senSible words and realism. I obviously can't heal disease. Although I believe in alternative methods. But a few wise words to my sobbing daughter this morning helped heal her trauma. And a few wise words my way from good people on here have "at times" relieved me of the pain of waking up some days.
