How do you embrace change when you have already set your own plans?

Changes are heavy to me..that change came like a catastrophe, the one I didn't expect to happen uggghhhhh now I have to be stiffer and stiffer 😓😟

I was a Venturer Scout leader. At the bottom of the terms program or camp timeline I would put: All plans are subject to change without Rhyme, Reason or Zombie attack.
