What could it be

I've been having stomach cramps ever few hour's. I don't really know if it is the pregnancy at all. I'm not really sure how fare along I am. I mean the doctor keeps changing her mind about my due date. Good lord that machine is sooo freaken old. I look like I'm a lot further in my pregnancy then she really thinks.
