I was wondering have u guy's tried a Shaper Shirt for Weight Loss. I think it's called Sauna Tank Top Neoprene Vest. I mean I have seen them in shirts and long sleeve shirts. I just wonder if they really work while u work out

All of those products do the same thing, they trap body heat with the intent of making your body work harder to cool itself off, using more calories in the process.

The problem is, you'll need more water to help cool yourself off, so you drink more (or dehydrate), which leads to more water weight. You're just trading one weight for another.
